SARDINE OMELETTE

1 sardine, canned in olive oil with no added salt. blot off any excess oil before smashing.
1 tsp oil from the can.
2 eggs, lightly beaten.
1 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Tip the oil from the can and spread the egg in a medium-high heat cooling pan. Cook both sides of spread. Wrap the sardine up and roll the egg spread. Cut it into small pieces for cats to eat. Any omelette your cat doesn't eat can be frozen for up to 3 months.
